Local:

• Watch Facebook for upcoming deadlines related to Walnut Valley entries. Entry deadlines occur well before the festival. 
• Watch Facebook for information about rules/deadlines for entries at county/state fairs. The fairs will be here soon. Adults can enter, too. Kids show their workmanship, let them see ours too. And then, given the chance, take it to state. Show them what Cowley County can do!

It really is quite sweet.]

Challenge:

• Fight boredom by helping someone else. You decide the task. Donate blood, clean a park, mow a lawn, hold a door... Take a picture and then tag someone else. "I helped someone today. How about you?" Pass it on.
