There are also a ton of Buy/Sell/Trade/Free FB Groups. Groups for teachers, kids, everything but clothes, clothes only, etc. etc. Buy/Sell/Trade/Free is beyond the scope of this group, but if you search Facebook, you'll find them (Cowley County, Wichita, Ponca, etc).
I've had mixed success on those boards (I prefer in-person garage/estate sales and in-person auctions), but if you want to see what the trend is all about and/or if you're interested in participating - search for a group that seems to meet your needs.
